One of the best I'd heard was in the late 60's ...student lavvies London Uni....there had been a bit of a student "do", and one of the overhead cisterns had been pulled away from the wall, leaning precariously at a dangly sort of angle....a sign proudly announced "All Cisterns Go"

Now THAT I never knew, though I'm not surprised. I wonder if the poster artist got the idea from a toilet wall, or vice versa
