the pipe that connects to the top of the fuel pump diaphragm is the vac pipe to advance the pump when you rev it, yours is not connected. on your vid it shows it disappearing out of the bottom of the frame, it should go to the right of the vid frame and connect to the elbow on the air inlet manifold.
with this not connected the pump wont work right and the advance piston in the bottom of the pump could be flying around randomly, and maybe give you the noise your hearing.

Oh yes sorry when i filmed that i think it was still removed after i took off the elbow to remove the belt. Will double check tomorrow but think that's the one.went from elbow to pump. Think the pump is dead as it's so noisy. The noise seems to echo in the intake of that makes sense. Not in the cam assembly though. Think it's just going to bea pump off job tomorrow!

Right pump is off. But looks like it's quite new. Anyway i can test it or doi just need to suck it in and but another one?
