Looks like a standard setup with 4 HT leads and a king lead:

Ah .. right .. just noticed it's a 1999 model .. . So most likely five leads .. four spark plug leads and a fifth one (King lead) that going to the ignition coil ..

The rotor arm is most DEFINITELY NOT a Mazda
