Hmmmm the light is illuminated as I turn the ignition, I start the bongo and it stays on, so the cat should have not heated that quick, either I have pulled a wire when fitting the leads, or it's a faulty sensor, or it was caused by the HT leads being reversed, or has a new fault has appeared.
I was kind of hoping that the ecu had picked up the misfire/mixture fault due to the reversed leads and the fault would disappear after I had resolved the misfire problem, would the sensor clear itself immediately or could it be I just need to take it on another run to clear the fault light. Can I cause any damage by taking it out a run for say 1 mile or so.
