Would 'piggy back' fuses do it?
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

No a Piggy Back fuse replaces the existing fuse and provides a second one connecting to the top connector and a flying lead, it doesn't allow you to pickup the feed to the original circuit at all even if you plugged it in reversed.
