I'm surprised that they still sell that stuff after the court cases in the US:

Also DuPont, who invented PTFE have stated that it is unsuitable for use in auto engines.

I agree, its just another hard sold item targeted at people who wouldnt know how to question it, the sales patter is believeble unless you are an engineer or chemist etc.
Bit like when we bought a washing machine and the sales assistant tried to sell me a magnet to stop hard water damaging my new machine. When I told her she was mislesading people as it wont work and we dont live in a hard water area she shut up sharpish, but at about £20 a go I wonder how many they have sold?

Hi
Water scale?????....oh, I long for water scale....    ...It would mean we have water!!!!....we're on water rationing from 9.00 AM 'till 4.00 PM, as we didn't get enough snow to fill the reservoirs this year...we have 2 months of storms to go yet...and when (and if) it storms here, you run for cover....the lightening is scary, and the raindrops are as big as frickin' buckets     ...then summer hits...and it may just be into the upper 40's this year!!!!!....then we WILL get water shortages
Global warming and melting ice-caps is a myth according to the companes that pollute.....YEAH, RIGHT....
Oh Woe!!!!.....
Cheers
