And the moral is," If it aint broke, don't try and fix it" surely if the egr was meant to be blanked the japs would have done it at the factory, bit of a waste of time anyway.

Exactly, and most peeps don't even clean out the manifold they just leave the gunk inside it.

Where has the professional maintenance gone?? :roll:
