I wouldn't wish to alarm you; but I had similar symptoms (with coolant pouring out the header tank), and it ended up being a cracked head! Now, with a new one installed, the van runs very well, and the coolant level is rock solid!
I hope it's not the head! It may well not be!

Have you had to top of coolant over this period? You could try some u/v dye and a u/v torch to see if it reveals any pinhole leaking or weepingjudaz wrote:Problem has come back so air is defiantely getting back into the system. Van ha sbeen running fine since i bleed the system back in Sept.
