Beardy here
Do you mean Tyres,if so was your vehicle 2Wd or 4Wd ??

Mine was a 4WD. I have often wondered what 2WD Bongo owners choose for the spare when they stick to the recommended tyre size and throw out the skinny. Loading has got to be suitable for the rear axel but how would tyres with different widths (same circumference) work on the front axel, would this affect the steering?

PS; I thought that all SGL5's were 4WD.

Obeisance master
My humble conveyance is equipped with simple 215/65 R16 98H all round including spare, which fits snugly. 'tis but a jobbing SGL5 but it serves me well. :) The steering is nothing if not what you expect from a two ton brick with a high centre of gravity and a narrow wheelbase designed about 30 years ago. But the weight distribution is quite good

PS,they Normally are unless someone has made them otherwise.Quite a few running about that have been converted, you said yours was 4WD and you used the same size tyres all round,is this correct.(just being nosey)
