I would use a Willinton kit for ease of connection as it doesn't need to connect to the Zig at all, and it has the wiring harness (if needed) to move all the other circuits over to the L/B (Blinds, internal lights, Radio, Cig. sockets etc). Also running the charging circuit up and down the length of the vehicle, unnecessarily is not a good idea, having the ability to charge either battery from the Zig charger is very handy, so I would still leave both batteries connected to the Zig, but just make sure you don't allow them to be paralleled, as Briwy explained.

Even more confused now!
Your saying leave the set up as is ( s/b & l/b ) attached to the ZIG but add the Wiilinton on as well, surely that won't work 100%?
