Threaten him with bad feedback unless you get an immediate reply. Then if you still have no luck get your money back through Paypal and then buy them from another seller.

Most business sellers will have a phone number listed and you are more likely to get an immediate response by calling, although you'll probably have to wait until Monday now.

I'm an ebay Business seller....some imagine a big company but in reality is just 2 of us! :lol: Your seller could be similar? but anyway under the european/UK direct selling regs you can return for a full refund, but pls check out the sellers return policy & T&Cs.

Got his details this morning and rang him up to enquire why he wasn't responding to my 7 messages and what he intended to do about the wrong rings he sent he checked his computer and told me they had sent out the correct size replacements on friday, asked him what I should do with the first ones they sent and he said we dont want them you can keep them, result
