Well spotted Mel.
That photo was taken 2 years ago and dandywarhol pointed out the low fluid level. It was corrected immediately. (2 years ogo)

Beware if you're moving the elbow aside like this - while taking it off to clean out while blanking the EGR, I noticed there was a narrow metal tube on a bracket bolted to the back side of it. The 10mm bolt head is accessible from the top. Makes sense to undo this rather than try pushing the elbow aside with it still attached.

In fact I tried to move the stub to one side but it soon became apparent that this was NOT the way to go, so abandoned this method. Finally resorted to the fiddly method, and after a LOT of swearing managed to get the sensor fitted.

I found getting the clip to go round the stub first, (loose) then put a small screwdriver under & lever out where the sensor will go, making a bump for it to sit under.. Slide the sensor in/under, then hand tighten up..

Exactly the way I did it (create a bump in the strap) . Great minds think alike or what?
