Why so shocked bdc? never seen a hole before? This is the easy bit to sort on my bodywork issues. Have you seen my other post"possible wheelarch solution" sorry but dont know how to link to another post.

That hole is a bit of an eyeopener that's all Stuc... But i'm sure you knew what you took on mate. Had the hole been dressed up at all? Or "crisp bagged"? (as we say up here).

Everything else underneath is fine, this was caused by someone jacking up on sills and crushing them which started to rust. We cut more metal away to get to good stuff, made some plates and welded them on. Next time i am under i will take some more pics of completed job.

That'll be good to see! I've just seen your other thread on chat too about the sprinter arches... Good spot, hope they work out ok. :wink:

Decided to tint my own windows, and quite pleased with the results. Did have the glass out to do it.

More bits added while rear bumper is off doing the rear arches. Genuine mazda rear parking sensor kit fitted so i can get rid off that awful rear mirror. Cant get my pictures to work at moment.

Paintwork now complete if you wanna look, mirror gone, sensors in, new badges on(need bongo badge), new no. plates, and a coat of diamond brite to finish. :D

Well Stuc~looks handsome :) i'll (eventually) have to get my arches done.

It would finish it off nicely with some chrome door handles (if your into bling) especially with with being black~~anyway well done =D> =D> =D>
