That is an intresting observation David. Do you know if all Scottish 10's have the same value? There are three different Scottish banks by the way.

Muzette firmly believes that "hello" in Scottish is och aye the noo and "goodbye" is see you Jimmy, take note anyone who bumps into her that weekend
Best advise Muzette that this is not the case in Aberdeen where the greeting is normally "Fit like" and goodbye is "S'Later".
I was going to arrange some haggis hunting for the Saturday afternoon but I don't think many of the beasties venture down from the hills to the coast so looks like I'll just walk a section of the Fife coastal path instead.

The cold winter has badly affected Haggis populations, many came off the hills to find food on the roads, but were squashed by traffic, the World Haggis Fund are concerned that stocks may never recover.
Please don't eat them unless there is a vowel in the month!

We'll be stocking up on haggis reserves, I know it's not haggis-hunting season at the moment but we don't care

That's odd, according to a different local rag it runs from St Andrew's Day until Burns Night....

Can we find a third publication that has a haggis-hunting season in May?

We are leaving on Saturday for a few days at Woody's place in Corpach and then on to Fife next Thursday.
If you don't mind a bit of road-kill we will try and scoop up a few haggis for you on our way across.

Ben.

Take plenty of Skin so Soft or other midge repelant with you. Last time we held the Scottish Bash at woody's campsite Marrian the bongomeister's wife almost got bitten to death and they had to leave early.

				Hi everyone
just realised that I am picking up our van from Bill on the Saturday (cam belt etc.)

So I shall pop along to say hello to anyone still around the camp site

  - if I remember to pack the stove & stuff before I take it down to Bill I'll stop for a brew & lunch if the site let me park up for a while.
