Which source? And for whom? Scotland, or everyone? I thought this Winter was supposed to be warmer and drier?

Mind you, they can't get the forecast right for tomorrow so I don't suppose a couple of months hence is going to be perfect

Well, I was in snow showers last week in Northern Scotland, the Rowan trees and Hawthorns have a heavy load of berries, and the geese have fled South weeks ago, all of these point to a cold winter, just like they used to be in the 1990's. (And the Gulf Stream is weaker than at this time last year , Glasgow is at the same latitude as Moscow, so we need all the heat we can get!)
