Hi
Remember the golden rule when cutting holes in a car:
NEVER leave a corner as an angle....ALWAYS a radius, or a hairline crack will emanate from a square corner.....I've seen some shockers!
ALWAYS use masking tape as mentioned
If you've never cut bodywork before, practice on scrap.
Use a tank cutter, or electric nibbler (nibbler attachment for a drill is not dear). A jigsaw is great if you have used one on bodywork before, but CAN induce cracking on thin bodywork if you don't have a lot of experience
Lastly......CUT SLOWLY
Cheers
Helen
In the beginning there was nothing , then God said "Let there be Light".....There was still nothing , but ,by crikey, you could see it better.
