If we don't ask we don't learn. Many years ago... when we got our first bongo, it took me a YEAR to realise that the inner roof could go went up when the roof was raised, I only realised when I saw my hubby showing someone. 
AND I made the mistake with the passenger window not opening because I'd accidently pressed the drivers side lock. I couldn't fix it and was asking my hubby to fix it for ages!
