Bongo sat. Bongo started. Bongo ran. Bongo stopped. Help!

I'm thinking along the lines of water in the fuel...Or accumulated condensation in the tank making it's way to the banjo filter at the very least. My bongo is parked up brimmed with fuel at the minute, just on the offchance that road gritters are broken out and i won't be able to drive it again till spring!
