Could someone explain precisely what happens at a Bongo bash?
Do you have an itinerary cos from the pics, it would appear that the activities seem to fall into one of the following categories:
-admiring other Bongos whilst nursing a can of Fosters/Boddingtons (though the Fosters/Boddingtons does not appear to be obligatory) - this activity looks very promising and interesting - mucho potential!!!
-Watching a lady (I assume from earlier posts that this may be Kirsty) perform a 'turf defining' ritual with fire - she seems to have claimed a radius of 30 feet - not a soul nearby to challenge her patch.
-generally watching the world go by accompanied in certain circumstances by aforementioned Fosters/Boddingtons (I can relate to this one)
Seriously, what happens? I would really like to come to one (or more)

It's a little more in depth than just that Widdowson...
It's a time where the meeting of a diversity of people who appreciate imports get together & enjoy fine French, Dutch & German beers too!!

Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

Sounds quite sophisticated - I shall need to make an inspection - Do I need a tuxedo?
