I spent hours trying to work out why I couldn't get the damn bumper off

Thank for bumper removal details Simon, will save me some time.

There's also some big grey screw head things that you'll see at the top of the bumper (when you look down the front of where the grill would be) & these are on the top side of the fore & aft chassis members. Very difficult to explain, but you'll figure it all out
