Well it was Woodenwheel (incognito ), Bigdaddycain, Diamond ,Mellyarnold, Trekie, dgwb (tall wayne)(not sure if he still has a Bongo!) and little old me,it would be great if the original line up could all be there again eh!!

I remember the bitterly cold day but we all enjoyed chatting so much we never left the carpark all afternoon according to the weather forecast it will be just the same two years later but it wont bother us will it??

looking forward to it now !!

Bloomin Heck Dabs!! we cant make this one, Im already meeting a friend that Ive not seen since the wedding for a good ole catch up. If this falls through I will defo turn up though

Cant believe its 2 yrs since that freezing cold day when BDC stood there all day in a t shirt and we were all wrapped up like yeti's! It was a fab meet up, arnt there some pics somewhere on the forum? Those were the days when Adam and I was all new to this bongo lark and we didnt know a sole................................. then.......................................................................................we met 6 other bongo peeps and it all started from there on in, happy days and I still love our Bongo

Hi Dabs,me and Dot were starting to get a bit down, we were going to Jetski's do but we saw the weather report and thought the pedicted cold overnight might be a bit too much for Dot so we decided just to keep an eye on things. Then we saw your day meet, a day meet we can do, and since we've not seen you or DBO since Stourport, it will be great to see ya again. Cant remember when we last saw Steve, or though I might be in trouble there.

Really hope we make it.

Oh, before i forget, I come into wigan off J6 quit often, is it before Pat Bells place??

Pat bell's is just past my house alan, pass tesco heading for standish,pass the hospital on the left, straight on at the roundabout, follow the signs for haigh hall, then the golf course car park...

Aha think i have out espionaged you here BigD thats not tall Waynes Bongo his reg was P---RND so that ones not his!! Good try though I have a feeling Wayne sold his some time back anyway PM sent to him see what happens.

Could be worse - BDC was seen in a Smart car the other week. Quote from Steve afterwards - "It's like driving around wearing a big hat"

That will be an 'L' of a shame Dave. But people wilL see you coming.

Perhaps you and BDC can try going different ways with dual controls.

Keefy, don't let on to dbo, but i borrowed his car once, and once I'd clocked that the other set of pedals moved when i pressed my side, i kept on trying to "catch out" The other set, by suddenly hitting the brake or clutch.... The amount of times i nearly ran into the back of another car staring at those pedals!

It's a good job my schizophrenia had gone into submission i can tell ya... I'd have been tempted to plonk a cheek per seat, and control the pedals with my left and right feet!

A rather cool, funky coloured hat at that! (don't let on i tried to pull away with the handbrake still on! )

Sundays are normally a family sunday roast for us,plus,Im on crutches and hobbling about and cant stand for long.........BUT,I`ll try and get up there for an hour or so early afternoon to say Hello.
