Rob, you seem to know the area quite well
This is my quandary, there looks to be 4 pubs in the village of Pensford
Which ones the best `cause Penfords where old CrAzY`S got his B&B
I know I`ve gone all soft for the weekend

BUT it is my birthday
Hey and guess what its only minutes from the meet

I`ll bring the CAKE

No I don't know the area that well not as far as pubs are concerned
But the pensford viaduct is a landmark to look out for and if your lucky (depending on taste) Acker Bilk was born and bred and still lives in Pensford so you may get some jazz.

I think the pay and display parking is £1.50. Free if you have a Blue Badge.
We'll try and make it.

My birthday's 3rd June, but unfortunately we're in London anyway on the 29th
A real scrumpy drinker wouldn't wimp out in a B&B
Have an goodun Crazy
Enjoy the meet all, we'll be thinking of you as we struggle in the City

I may have to come and help with this research. I do know the Traveller's Rest is up a GOOD hill, and there is the Miner's Institute in the village.

Well I've just looked at the link to the pubs, what a waste of time.

Personal experience required.

Does Andy often forget his lovely wife, then?
Looking forward to this event, and to meeting new faces, having just got back from the superb Woodlands bash. Not that there was a problem with the old faces at Woodlands!
Keep on Bongoing!!
