Now i'm no expert on mechanics & this is only from my experience.
But while i was fitting my C/L & window closers i pulled the wrong fuse by mistake, (fuse 9, 15amp) at one point i needed to move me Bongo it turned over but wouldn't start...
After referring to a PDF i have to identify the fuses, it turned out it services the engine!
I popped the fuse back in & it started fine.

Just a thought...
Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

the garage does know there are two filters ,one main filter underneath with the sediment sensor, they should fill it up with injector cleaner before they put it back. the other filter as mentioned before is the banjo filter, a very ,very fine filter that does get blocked if not careful. its a gauze filter which is inside the fuel pump underneath the fuel inlet.
Lost without my Bongo.

Dont be disheartened manda, Once the bongo is fixed, and the outlay forgotten about, i'm sure you'll more than make up for the initial hiccups by getting out there and having a damn good bongoing time!

Hope you are sorted soon so you can attend the bash... (i can't make it this year  )

We are booked in for bash tomorrow, the garage have now said they cant fit pump till friday and do the oil leak. :(
So i thought if its aloud. :) I could borrow my mums car come down tomorrow put up the awning then drive back friday pick up our bongo and come back .
do you think that would be ok ???
i was upset with the garage as they have had her there for nearly two weeks .

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

As long as they don't charge you for the duff one they fitted  Any guess on how long before it's sorted?
