Sriously I'm well glad to have it sorted before the long run, I've never had a cruise on my own vehicle, but have driven many miles in company ones with it fitted, wonderful.

Spotting your other thread Mike, I'm with you. for 25 years if the car blinked I put it in the local garage, I actualy don't mind working on the Bongo.

Good luck with the Scotland trip - where CC will make like very pleasant in relieving right foot strain. I think we're not coming up to Scotland now. Despite repeaded efforts, the kids have not found friends to come with them, it turns out Lucy has exam revision too, and I'm not keen to spend the £ on fuel going to Scotland if it can be hoarded for another occasion (maybe a night or two somewhere more local) that the kids can manage and want to do. Hey ho.

Just home from Scotland and I can report that the cruise control is wonderful, a real help on long motorway legs, 'specialy in 50 limits where you click it in and don't have to worry about old Bongy sneaking up to 60 plus.

Great to be able to move your right leg about a bit too.

Excellent Bob. Welcome back. V sorry I didn't make Scotland. Tricky time here with kids all at important exam stages in their lives (and draining our meagre funds too!). Hope to see you at the Bash.

The ms50 really is a clever little unit, I find, when I use it and then touch the brake or accelerate to pass some dear old godfrey driver once I regain the set speed it will automatically cut in again. Funny feeling when it does mind, like someone else is driving the thing. A superb buy tho and worth looking out for. Happy motoring.

If you.ve touched the brake you should need to press resume for it to cut in again.

If not and it cuts in on it's own, your brake connection isn't working properly and need checking.
