You'll need to replace the split hose and then bleed the system following the Bongo procedure
. The other symptoms are normal, the bottom hose only gets warm after the thermostat opens.

Guys & Gals a big thanks to all of you that have helped and made suggestions toward curing my problem, it is I'm glad to say well I least I think it is Fixed!! it was a split hose over the starter motor and fortunatly no long term damage appears to have been done!! I must say A Really BIG!!!!!! Thankyou to The Great Pretender who spent time on the phone to me trying to talk me through the BLEEDIN process ( I mean Water System Bleedin!!) his expert help was invaluable and of great service. So thanks again no doubt Ill be back soon!!
