Well, if it's a recent purchase, then as a motor dealer, warranty or no, they have a duty to provide a vehicle which is fit for purpose (IIRC fairly recent EU regulations have improved customers rights on this?). If you've had the vehicle some time, and the problem has only recently developed though, you may be on your own.mayk19 wrote:The only warrenty from Wellhouse is the AA warrenty, that covers failure of items but doesnt appear to cover an issue like this..

This bl**dy forum appears to have dropped yet another post I sent in. Tend to agree with stuff above (not fit for purpose etc.)
If you speak nicely to Wellhouse, i would hope they will easily understand that although some months have elapsed, the vehicle appears to have been supplied with unsuitable springs. Wellhouse have a reputation for taking a lifelong interest in the vehicles they sell (the upside of paying a higher price for one of theirs) so I'd expect them to be sympathetic. Maybe you can offer to help by saying you'll do the footwork sourcing the corret springs (assuming it may be problematic for them) if they will just fit them.
Keep us posted and good luck.
