Hose clips arrived from Manflex this morning, pretty quick as I only ordered them on Thursday morning, They are packed in pairs for each hose, Look very substantial & good quality, well done BDC for finding these guys & getting them on side. I'll try & post the sizes to relevant hoses later. Not looking too hopeful for a hose day tomorrow though

Back is well & truly stuffed

Managed to get the hoses done today, thanks to my friendly tyre fitter letting me use the ramps, took a very leisurely (creaky & painful) 4 hours from getting there to having everything packed up, including a good half hour flush & bleed ( the bongo - not me

) & checking everything at least 3 times, as well as changing the diff oil while I was at it.
All seems ok, by the state of some of the hoses coming off, I would recommend anyone to get this done asap, or do it yourself, it's not that scary as long as you take your time, thoroughly clean the connections with some wet & dry, make sure none of the pipes are likely to rub, if they are make sleeves from the old pipes or reuse sleeving that is on the old pipes.
It could easily be done on your driveway with ramps or axle stands. If I managed to do it with a b***ered back, anyone can do it
Hose clip sizes - 8 of 35-50mm for the 4 larger hoses,
4 of 17-25mm or 22-30mm on the expansion tank to rad & engine to rear heater ( under air intake) (another 4 of either of these sizes if you do the remaining 2 short hoses)
2 of 16mm on the bleed hose

Almost started on the intercooler system as well

, undid one of the connections to get better access to one of the hoses & was shocked at the amount of oil in there, definitely a job already on the list that is now more of a priority
