hmm :D them little metal pipes do worry me but i guess they gotta be in metal? as for the bigger bore metal i.e between engine and rad that would be an awful long run for a single pipe each side .....im ordering some rolls of smaller id hose and see what it can replace without been any special shape......cheffy gimme a chance mate i havnt even driven the v6 yet well only to and fro the mot :D ...as for taking it apart hmm i wonder does anyone know of a substance jelly like that would set inside a hose in order to take a mould ....but then i suppose id have to cut the hose to get it out

Thanks Ian, that reminds me,i purchased the last 2 sets of clips from manflex today. I phoned the order in with my number witheld to test em, i spoke to mick, and he knew exactly what a mazda bongo clip set was straight away.... ( he passed the test  )

The new stock will be replenished by the middle of next week, i think they are suprised by the amount of calls they are taking regarding them! ( i did warn em!)

Yip... 18-20 in a kit. (as you already know flippa) They are under the impression that owners of an imported campervan type thingy suddenly seem to be buying them in large quantities...
