Just talented 
With the 626 speedo completely removed from the housing ( you need to remove it anyway to put it in the Bongo case ) you can get at it from the BACK of the speedo .A couple of minutes and thats it .
I wouldn't want to go fiddling about with the needle position or risk marking the face in any way
