Good Morning
Thanks for your e-mail and the early/good response that you have had.
With offering you the discount and the way we work with group bookings is if you collated all the bookings and money and just let us know the numbers.
I have provisionally reserved 15 pitches for you.

to all, i will pop down to the site this weekend and see if i can get anymore spaces but gonna have to cap it somewhere, i will try to get 25 units, they have a policy of only 2 people per unit which ive read just now. gonna see if i can do anything about that so we can have a unit price as we normally have our own clan of children with us.
fingers crossed.
if i cant then could you post how many extra bodies will be coming above the two people. seems crazy as its a family based site but that is the normal around york charging extras. i looked last year at 15 sites and this was the status quo for most of them. at least they have thrown awnings in this year but no gazebos or large marquees.

"Goosewood Holiday Park offers the ideal location for a family holiday with well kept grounds, excellent recreation facilities, clean toilets, showers, bathroom and disabled shower room. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing, drying and ironing facilities. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

There are 100 hard-standing pitches, all with 16amp electric hook-ups. "

so all pitches have electric already.

i will keep you informed

sorry for no replys to this one for a while,
went to the site today to see eddie but he wasnt there.
i managed to secure some more spaces so we are now up to 20 bongos that can go to this meeting.
I am also gonna see if i can get a set price per pitch as they usually charge an extra £2.50 per person above two which in the case of some of the members on here would work out quite expensive. fingers crossed.
also i will check with eddie tomorrow on how much deposit will be required and then i will pm with the details for payment.
hopefully it will be better weather this year.

hello all,
i spoke to eddie today and have confirmed 20 places are available for us, also that the £15.75 per night is all inclusive.thats regardless of how many people come, dogs or awnings.
he isnt happy about a large marquee though but said we could use the playbarn if the weather is bad.
the deposit will be £10 for the weekend and full payment will be taken on the weekend.
i will pm you all with details for cheques/money to send.

only 7 more places available so come on people lets fill it and make it a bash to remember.

cheers for now
mike jo and emma
