Thanks for the suggestions, I had decided to go and see them and ask for their explanations. Meanwhile Dave I'd be very interested in your posts and advice, are they handy somewhere or emailable, if so then would you mind if I dropped you my email address.

You mention you now use rapeseed oil does this seem to be the best for Bongos as I haven't given up on the alternative fuels but don't want to damage the Bongo or have to fork out expensive garage bills £140 to recover, drain everything, clean out with brake cleaner and replace fuel filter. The gloop had gotten to the fuel pump and the injectors were a little blocked also.

Seems like shes's back to her oldself thanks to Chris at Maltby.

Roscampa? If you have a spare couple of hours, have a trawl through the veg oil threads in the "performance" section...

It seems daunting at first, but once you are through the first few pages, the rest fly through.

You will glean a LOT of info from these excellent threads, and lots of people's personal experiences of the use of veg oil, and bio...

and let them know you are giving them a chance to put the matter right before you go to Trading Standards.

Goods must be fit for purpose and of merchantable quality and all that.
Ohh and if they try and fob you off with having to deal with the producer, not them, tell them to stop talking bollox (there's enough of that on here) your contract is with them - the seller.
