You can buy one from Ian at BF - prices etc on the BF site. Not a terribly useful document, but OK for stuff like jacking points I think. I just felt that having a Bongo without an owners manual didnt feel right. Call me daft (everyone else does)

PS - except I'm sitting here with a bad back, I'd go and fetch it out and email you. I'll have a look in t'morning if you are still stuck

Thanks for all the help guy I have just about got the job done. I had to buy a nut splitter and some new nuts and bolts. All I have to do now is replace the bushes on the clamps that hold the anti roll bar. Hope the nuts come off okay. Knocking has almost gone so hopefully will be completely gone when I replace the clamp bushes.

Many thanks to everyone who helped

I have just replaced my front drop links and thankfully the knocking has gone. Only one of the 4 joints had any hint of play but it cured the problem. It took about 30 minutes to do both side but a good 10 of that was putting it on the ramp. The links I got were Vectra 95-01 and they were £5.95 each (inc). I need to do the rear roll bar bushes now - they don't make any noise but they are knackered.

Well what a complete nightmare

Well what a complete nightmare. I attempted the rubber bushings on the back of the bongo today. They wouldn't budge so i tried grinding the bolt off. That went ok but the back of the bolt was completely seized to the chassis. Couldn't get the grinder in there so ended up having to drill the remains of the bolt out. It took me hours. Im gunna leave the other three to a pro and just hope he doesn't piss himself laughing at my attempt on the first one. Im shattered and fed up. I felt so pleased with myself changing the drop links and thought the rubber bushes would be easy.
