The drop down version is Ring but I do not think that my inset one came in a Ring box - I'm pretty sure that it is made by another company

I have one of these on my MX5 I have seen some attempts to fit them into a bumper - just don't do it .Use the correct flush mount fitting cos it covers the cutout in the bumper - - - - -

Good stuff guys, will have to have a go now, just spent hours and I mean hours taking half of Mumbles beach out of the seats and carpets, and that's with covers on em too, also emptied the bongo of all unneeded tools and stuff, could feel the weight difference and also helps economy. Happy motoring.

BigD - might be an idea to take a few pics as you fit them as folk seem overly worried about cutting into the bumper. The raised rib on the outside of the bumper and the availability of space behind the bumper gives a strong clue as to the best place to fit it .The information in the BF archives refers to the 'drop down' type and even suggests making a hole in the bumper to fit a 'drop down' type - -arg! I think that the proper flush fit is a far neater ( and easier to fit) solution.
I just bought a reversing light to match my fog .I need all of the light I can get back there! I am also going to fit one of the Ebay 'bleeping' reversing bulbs in it in the hope of saving the lives of innocent passers by!! :)

No probs vanvliet,I,ll post piccies, and step by steps... I actually have four reversing lights at the moment  Two standards, and two "Danglies" I simply changed the red lenses from the fogs to clear lenses ( Ring drop downs ) And i keep the red lenses in the boot for MOT'S. So the extra lights are still switched as fogs, and dont automatically come on when reverse is engaged. I have a heavy tint on the back screen, so i need all the light i can get at nightime
