I'm afraid I've been hit with a serious dose of Manflu over the last 24 hours.

As we all know, this is a potentially terminal condition although the symptoms can sometimes take up to 60 years to finally finish you off. Not keen on the thought of a six decade long lingering demise but am trying to soldier on without feeling too sorry for myself.
