just back ish from down under - i may have actually spotted many of u guys at a meeting in blackpool few months ago at a car parks at one of my local kitesurfing beaches - i think cabte may have suggested this car park as hes a regular there - ive read in the papers - after sunset as hes well into the local dogging car parks - hows the lovely lady carl hope all is well and get in touch to talk bongo dos and donts

thanks folks - i am truly touched by the pms/ emails and people i have met in just 3 days of searching, sniffing and enquiring....
today i am totally bongoed out and have purchased a vehicle with mixed feelings - mixed cos i had to let down a smashing fella i was 90% certain i was purchasing from but alas the px option and i felt the time of year/credit crunch factor secured me an easy route to grab a deal without the worry of selling on my small car and meant i cud purchase now - so i shud be driving it by the weekend!!!

next question - looking at options to do up the back - any nw local fitters to me or anyone selling any units etc etc - ill post this in relevent section

How u doing its Adam here, I bought my first kite from you (North Toro 12m) a couple of years ago or so.

Last time I saw you, you were about to go to Oz, Im still kiting at the mo but not seen you at stargate for ages.

Great news you've got a bongo, weve had ours for over 2 years now and still going strong!

Will have to try and meet up for kite/bongo sesh, what kites u flying at mo?

i returned from oz in summer after one year - mrs was puppydog homesick - gutted but the kitesurfing was poor tbh
i havent changed my kites much in 3 years - roos - doing more on surfboard strapless when waves - intend to hit rhossi / sw more often hence the bongo - the 7 and 9 kites are spot on but im looking to maybe change my 11 for a better freestyle but then again....ive has 2 sessions in 10 weeks...

just pm me when your out next - im very unsure what to do with my van - now ive played with all the variations of seating arrangements i might just utilise mobile camping gear cos it gives heaps of underbed storage for all the gear utilising the beds so may just get loads of container boxes and just use the ciggy lighter for running my laptop and get a tv card so thats all my entertainment taken care of

God i miss the kitesurfing even though i was a begginer but it was good,,

and also sometime this year im gonna try to organise a joint bongo/kiting weekend, most probably gonna try to do it at one of the beaches. bolton le sands is now a favourite with the racekite.com lot.

me in the second buggy , i would love that ,but i doubt you would get to 40 mph with me on board . the only thing blurred if you did, would be my underpants.

in the right wind dave thats quite slow, im trying to get into the 50mph group.

I don't really qualify to come on this forum !!!
I am a member... but I live about a half mile over the border in Wales. Over the last few centurys the area has been in and out of wales and England so if I live long enough I may be back in England !!!
I don't have a Bongo just yet... I am still looking and hope to buy one (Converted) in the next few months.
Don't see many Bongos around where I live.
In fact since I started to look for a Bongo for me I haven't seen any on the road just some on forecourts whilst on my travels far and wide looking for the right Bongo for me.
Hope you don't mind me saying but a lot of you seem to be stark staring bonkers...
