Unfortunately still NO boards or buggys allowed on Blackpool. But really need to get a kite out sometime this year 16mph is good for the 15m.

Could get 'wet'. Anyone got a thick wetsuit?

why not get the local papers there to take photo's of all the bongo's goin through the lights????
Carl already been onto local paper. Not heard anything as yet :( you never know though [-o<
If someone has a camera with them why not take a pic or two yourselves and email them in with a suitable caption. Nothing the papers (should) like better than an oven ready piece for popping in the paper. Here's some editorial email addresses for you:

Blackpool Gazette: [email protected]

Blackpool Citizen: [email protected]

Possible caption / paragraph for a convoy pic:
Campervan Owners Brighten Up Blackpool Illuminations
Members of the Mazda Bongo Owners Club (http://www.bongofury.co.uk) staged a twilight procession down Blackpools Golden Mile on Saturday to show off their proud possessions. The Bongo (also badged as the Ford Freda) is rapidly becoming a modern legend, due to its affordability, versatility and reliability.

If you want, a second pic could be a close up of e.g. the interior of one and a caption explaining how different owners do different things with them. Include the owners in the photo and give names, to add the human touch.

Have a good time 8)

PS - Maybe email those addresses now to ask if they would be interested and in case they need to set aside space in advance etc.

£10 Guardian Pass for Pleasure Beach.
Adult non riders accompanying a full paying child under 16 can purchase a £10 guardian pass which includes a performance for Hot Ice Shoe or Forbidden Show.
The £20 unlimited rides ticket also includes a seat for the same shows as above.
