We tried but it took ten minutes to put in 5 litres, something not quite right with the connection. However there was another at the BP station just north of Ft William which was quite cheap. 76p instead of 85 at the gleaner one

Here's mulshy's beer can turned into a stove...
Works better with a longer chimney for a better draw. It's filled with sand and gets toasty warm so I will try emptying out all the embers and bringing into the van with me as a heat source.

It's a small world. Flicking through your photo's I came across one taken at 'Motormania' a couple of years ago. It shows my Triumph Stag with a dog in the back. The Stag is now sold and I have just this week put a deposit on a Bond Equipe.

Peter I just couldn't resist the dog! I would love to do the same sort of candid photos of kids but it is so severely frowned upon I have resorted to dogs!
You can tell how interested in cars I am can't you?
Matt you do realise that we will have about ten different fires at every meet now!

His name is Boicey and he is half English, Labrador & half French Collie. You caught him in his favourite pose. We sometimes call him 'TG' tail gunner as he spends all the time looking backwards.

My parking is not so bad that I need that much space!
sorry we could not make it... we dashed past Glencoe heading north at about 8.30 on the Saturday, but we had the last ferry to catch so could not stop. I did stop off there with friends this weekend, just to get my fix....... Only one other bongo there, looked like Mountainmummy, but I could have been wrong? (sorry I was a bit pushed to get away early on Sunday, if it was, otherwise I would have popped over to say hello)
p.s.
Did one of you reverse into the toilet block.... it was in a large heap on the ground when we were there this weekend?........ Tony?
Hope to catch up soon
All the best
David.

Hi David
Yes it was us,

.
We stayed for two nights, when we got up this morning there was ice on the inside of the Freda, thinking a thermal coat for the AFT would be good.

You misunderstood me David!

We thought you had marked off the whole of that space to stop me parking, Hence the "You've taken it too far this time Dunslair" comment

Hi Sara
Sorry for not coming over to say hello. We had to be away in the morning by 9.30 to get to the Ice Factor, and the kids had just spent over half an hour washing up four bowls and three mugs.

I hope we did not keep you (the kids ) awake on Saturday evening, we had 15 excited kids round the camp fire toasting mallows. That said I think we had the fire out at 10.30 before the fun police turned up with the water.
All the best
David.

Sometimes I just choose to misunderstand.

Hope to catch up soon. Take care.
David.
