				Hello BFB and all fellow Bongo-ers.
This is my first post - please be gentle with me(

 )
I/we have taken the plunge & now plan to take our '97 2WD AFT around to boldly go, meeting new and alien races - such as some of the folks on this forum

 !
We are hoping to get along to this meet at lunchtime Saturday. Although there are no places left, we'll be staying Saturday night at Blackland Lakes (
http://www.blacklandlakes.co.uk ) about 15 miles away.
As both Emma & I are keen windsurfers, we have called our Bongo "Tiki", after the Hawaiian god of fair wind & good fortune

 . Hence the little symbols we will be adding later.
Hope to meet you all soon!
Paul & Emma
(& 11 month-old Imogen

 )

 Kerry keeps muttering something about more Bedding, more Duvets, more blankets, more pyjamas, a BIG heater & a hot water bottle
](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif)
  ,
But I keep telling her, I have already loaded the Bongo with all the essentials for
Mrs D`s party, Stella, Becks, Cider, Wine - red & white
& Gin & Tonic.
I just can`t get any more in
Whats wrong with her

				Just done a Tesco run for beer and wine to add to the 4 flagons of cider we got from the farm on Saturday

  hic

   But don't forget the umbrella and wellies - weather doesn't look as though it's going to be kind to us.

See you all Friday (or Saturday/Sunday for those coming later)
Mrs. D

				Packed the trailer already, wasn't going to bother with the awning, but having seen the forecast

 It'll be a good test for it anyway

Wasn't sure whether to pack the factor 25?

 See you guys there on friday, probably about lunchtime, so have the kettle on
