Just a heads up on the bicycles question, I asked them this earlier today....

"On your website it says "Bicycles are not permitted in the Park during normal opening hours. However, you may cycle along the Campsite road and around the Campsite." Does this mean that bicycles ARE allowed outside normal opening hours, as campsite customers do we have access to the park when the general public have been turfed out?"

....to which I received this reply....

"Yes you are right on both questions – you can ride bikes in the Park before 9.30am and after 6.30pm and you do have 24hr access to the Park itself though areas like the animal farm, train, crazy golf are closed."

So, we can use bikes on the campsite any time and we have free access to the park when all the muppets have been sent home - might even persuade Jr to come to this now  :D

20-25 people shouldn't be a problem, as long as you like eating dead animals :D

Regarding the bike issues I'm not bringing my kids bikes so they'll have to lump it. it will probably cause aggro but then it'll cause aggro if I bring them so its a no win situation.

We're not bringing the kids bikes either as we can't fit the 3 in the bongo... there's plenty around the park that will keep them busy :)

Back to the paella, to do a 'biggie' will take all our fridge space - when we did the one at Stourport a couple of years back we were only there for the one night so didn't need much else in the fridge. For Wellington we'll be needing plenty of room for the four B's - bacon, beer, burgers & bockwürsts so the sensible option will be to bring the trusty old barbie and zap the food as normal
