Thule Backpac 973 4th bike adapter alternatives

So I'm looknig for a 4th bike adapter for a backpac 973 (thule 973-24). Howvere it seems you can no longer get such things. Does anyone know if you can use one of the other 4th bike adapters on the 973?

Rally annoying I can't get a 4th bike on my bike rack :(

Maybe try Gumtree and FleaBay.
Are you able to buy one for a 973, offer it up and either keep, return if no good.?
