Rear heater bypass / blanking kit

Post by micknick » Tue Mar 19, 2024 2:37 pm

Hi newbie here with a coolant leak looks like its coming from the rear heater matrix which I understand is fairly common, so I was wondering if there are any blanking kits available from anywhere that anyone knows about.
It is a 2002 2L petrol and the only ones I can find on the site here are for earlier models.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Welcome aboard!

Did you read the final comment "Please note that some customers have bought these kits for later )post 99) Bongos and say that there was not a problem with fitting. But we can’t guarantee this." I think Ian was being careful as there are changes in other pipes regarding the cooling matrix pipe size rather than the heating matrix pipes.
