Quarterlight replacement

Post by Mark-H » Mon Jan 15, 2024 1:51 pm

My quarter light recently got smashed. I’ve got a spare from bongo spares but couldn’t find anything online about how to change it. I’ve changed mine and it’s not too bad a job. Hopefully the video I made of the Job is attached to this post.

In summary, Door card off, speaker off, wind the window down, undo the 2 10mm bolts that hold the window runner on undo the hidden Phillips screw at the top of the window runner under the rubber trim. With the window, wound all the way down, you have enough space to move the runner to get the new unit in. I did take the door mirror off which I think makes life a bit easier anyway his video hopefully it works.
