Spoiler brake light fix.

Post by Mark-H » Fri Oct 20, 2023 1:26 pm

Ive got a yr2000 bongo with a spoiler incorporating the high level brake light. Several of the lamps are off or dim. Looks like the unit is totally sealed. Has anyone managed to get one apart without it smashing to pieces? Tried the trusty blade down the gap truck but no joy.

I had this problem never did get round to being able to repair it. Ended up getting a replacement from a breaker vehicle which fixed the problem!

I've seen this question many times. Unfortunately I've never of someone managing to change individual lamps. If you manage it, please let us know. :)
