Cube Alarm
Hello,
I know that Cube Alarm questions have come up before.... sorry for asking, but I can’t find the answer here already.
I have a Cube Alarm that just flashes ER on both temps but the volts works fine.
When I first got the van it worked okay and then started to beep at me incessantly. My ex took it upon himself to press the buttons randomly to stop the noise and it’s not really told me anything useful temp wise since.
Please can someone explain how to work it. I know that in a past thread it was described as intuitive, but I haven’t a clue what I need to do to make it work.
Thank you in advance!

Re: Cube Alarm
You best bet would be to contact the maker if you know who it is,does the unit have any information re maker on it?
Re: Cube Alarm
Unfortunately not. I know some other people here have one fitted. All the info I can find from the unit are the words ‘Cube Alarm’! The magic internet draws a blank.
I think they are obsolete...

Re: Cube Alarm
If you an post a photo of the unit I will try and trace it for you.

Re: Cube Alarm
Think I got about 10 cube units about 10 years ago, gave most of them away, I don’t have any instructions but if I remember it is very intuitive to set up. If I had it to hand I could probably work it out. All I can suggest is keep trying or get a teenager involved.
Re: Cube Alarm
There are 3 buttons. I’m quite tech savvy but I don’t know what I am actually setting up with it!

Re: Cube Alarm
Think you get one side flashing and set a min temp 50c then a max 100c...then set anddo other side the same

Re: Cube Alarm
Just put Cube alarm. In the search.....it’s all there, just keep scrolling
Re: Cube Alarm
Thank you. I have some idea what it wants now!
I did a lengthy scroll after searching before I posted, maybe I missed the crucial post
I have it asking me for St then Sf then Rad.
I set it to 70 (the lowest it showed), 98, 20 and it’s still flashing EH at me.....maybe it’s just knackered!

Re: Cube Alarm
You cannot have more than 20c difference between the set temps of temp 1 / 2
