Battery for V6 Petrol please

Hi my 2002 V6 petrol appears to need a new battery, I let it go mega flat at the Silverstone Classic and it's never really been the same.The battery is all in japanese text so it must be 15 years old anyway. Does anyone know what sort I should get please.... and any hints on where to get one would be great, I'm in Surrey.

Don't forget to undo the negative terminal first and refit last.

That way if the spanner touches the bodywork you won't get a short.

Unless you have a leisure battery.
