SMEV hob burner not staying alight thermocouple?

Post by New Forest Terrier » Mon May 16, 2016 9:37 pm

I have a Montague rear conversion in my Bongo. Two burners and a sink unit all in one moulding. One of the burners is no longer staying alight after I stop holding down the knob. It lights fine but goes out once the knob is no longer held in. My guess is a faulty thermocouple.

Has no one ever solved this problem? Are there any parts available? Its a big unit to replace completely and a new one would probably be a different size.

Any suggestions?
