East midlands get together 19 - 20 September Lyndon Top

Hi all

A few of us are getting together overnight at Lyndon Top, Rutland on Saturday 19 September. Meet up from 12noon, bring your own food etc. It's a very basic site with no EHU, just toilets and taps, but beautiful on the banks of the water. Big open space, and plenty of space for kids to charge around

If you'd like to join us, that would be great. If you could let me know so we have an idea of numbers

Have had a look on Lyndon Tops web site looks good. So deffinatly want to join in. If anyone wants to come for the day do they charge for day visitors do you know?
I thought I knwe Rutland water well, but didn't know this place exsisted.

The site web page doesn't show its location, or give a post code, though it does give one for the Lake District which is not helpful. Or is it me

It's £7 overnight, and we when we've been before they haven't charged for day visitors. I don't know if that's still their policy.
