V interested in your thoughts on design Bingabanga. I dont have any serious tools like welders, grinders etc so am trying to think how I can get elegance out of something rudimentary. Someone with the right tools and skills though should be able to find a good niche market for roof rails though eh?

yup i agree with the roofbox comment - trust me it took *ages* to get one that size that was also in black! i also agree with the bars looking crap  , we're going to have the ends of them cut off and sealed up, then have them powder-coated in matt black :) won't be done as soon as we would like though as the bongo is in having accident damage repaired at our expense (grrr at people who hit cars and drive off)
