List so far:
Jillygumbo & Ruca (bongo and tent)
1 Bob & Su (bongo and caravan)
2 Alan Sooty & Georgie & Snoopy(car and caravan)
3 Geoff and Carole (bin bongo'd) (motorhome)
4 Boyfrombrazil (motorhome and ehu)
5 Chris and Gem (caravan and ehu)
6 CraZy & Kerry (motorhome and ehu)
7 Pam and Tony (motorhome and ehu)

BobUK (Ehu) (bongo and tent?) Bob and Carole
Daran and Tracey Bailey (bongo tent and ehu)
Bongobaz (bongo and tent)
Cmm303 (bongo and tent) Chris and Emma
Adam and Lorna (bongo and tent)
Mark Wiltshire (bongo and tent)
New Forest Terrier & Cerys (bongo and tent)
Marionw (bongo and tent)

Only room for 3 more motorhomes/caravans (you know those big white things!).
Ehu will have to be on splitters cos there's only about 5 points (think). Bring extension leads and splitters and be economical please.
If you're in a bongo (or similar) I'll put you down officially as 'car and tent' to avoid the 10 van limit - please bring a small tent for appearances sake, even if it's only a tiny one. Dave (landlord) doesn't care if you sleep in the bongo for warmth!
Boyfrombrazil - can you bring the event shelter please?
Bob - can you bring the firepit please (still looking for mine under a pile of wet wood).
Everyone else - please bring ready cut wood and perhaps some kindling.

Looking forward to it.

No probs Jilly, we can bring the fire pit and plenty of kindling, even a bag of wood.

We can also lend out a small tent for 'Camouflage' purposes.

Got long lead and splitter

Yes, certainly!

We haven't got any left. Bobs got a van load though... (although we are growing some more).

We will bring our "dog kennel/shed" tent to do likewise if requested

Thanks for adding me to the list Jilly.
Will bring awning, presume that counts as a tent, and will collect wood when walking the dog.
Don't need EHU just for a weekend, so one less to worry about.
Happy New Year to you and all who read this
Marion. :)

Awning counts as tent but if you'd rather not put it up, you will be able to borrow a small tent to put up. Let me know if I need to bring one.

Hi Jilly,
If it's not too much trouble to put in a small tent for me.
Such a pain to dry off awning if it's a damp weekend.
Sure it will be glorious sunshine though.
Thanks, Marion :P

Hope that is ok, look forward to hearing from you Jilly!

Brieley and Andy Thompson - OK (Can you bring a small tent so you can be classed as 'car and tent' please.

Bongo Brawney - that's your bongo, yes? Not another booking?

If everyone turns up, then a second event shelter will be most welcome.
