2003 2.0L Gearbox problem. Help!

I am desperately seeking some assistance to diagnose my current automatic gearbox problem.

The Bongo in question is a 2003 Aero 2.0L Petrol.
Basically what has happened is the Bongo fails to change out of first gear and then fails into "safe mode"
Maybe third gear?
I have looked at the forum and anything I can find on the Internet but now I am really stuck.
I have shorted the TAT and GND which then seems to display the fault code by the flashing of the hold lamp as
some information suggests.
The only thing is that the fault codes that are flashed up do not seem to match anything that I can find published anywhere.
I have a video of the hold lamp sequence that I will upload to you tube and add as a link, but my interpretation is that it is showing 27 then 15 then 15 again.

If you could help me to establish what this means on a 2003 Petrol Bongo it would be really appreciated as I am desperate to
get out and about in my newly converted favourite toy.
